Today marks over 100 posts in this wee little dream of a blog. It gives me great pleasure and I’m so happy to keep being inspired enough by my travels and my love of history to keep churning these entries out. I’m also humbled and grateful for those who read them, and who by doing so, keep me on my toes and learning. This blog has grown from a mere place for all my ramblings to a constant cycle of learning, reading, writing, and sharing and I can’t ever seem to find flowery enough words of appreciation for it.
Along that line, I have exciting and terrifying news. This blog now has a Facebook site. I once made a deal with another writer that if I had kept up the pace until I had over 100 entries, I would give in to her request that I build one and she’s been waiting impatiently to force me to keep my word. Today’s that day. Having a Facebook sister page to this blog is great because it allows me to share other pages, pictures, music, and other snippets that I haven’t researched and written like those I put here. It’s also an additional pressure and another medium to keep me writing and networking. I hope that if you like this blog and you have a Facebook account, you will head over to that tiny “Like” button on this page and press it.
As ever, thanks again for stopping by and engaging with me on this journey. It’s a constant learning curve and a real pleasure.
